In a heating pan, take 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow it heat up.
Then add ¼ tsp of Hing, ¼ tsp of Turmeric (Haldi) powder, ½ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp of Dabeli Masala and sauté the spices for half minute on low flame.
Then add 2 cup of boiled and mashed Potatoes, ½ tsp of Salt, ½ tsp of Amchur Powder into the pan and mix well.
Add ½ cup of Water, stir for a minute and remove the stuffing in plate.
To the stuffing, now add 3 tsp of chopped Onions and press it down slightly in the stuffing.
Similar way add 3 tsp of masala roasted Peanuts, Pomegranate Seeds and press slightly.
Then sprinkle 2 tsp of chopped Coriander leaves, 2 tsp of desiccated Coconut, and 3 tsp of Sev and keep aside.
Take the Pav and give a slit without breaking apart.
Spread 1 tsp of Tamarind chutney and ¼ tsp of Garlic Chutney.
Then add spoonful of Aloo stuffing and fill the Pav nicely.
Add few more Pomegranate Seeds and roasted Peanuts.
On preheated tawa, add 1 tsp of Butter, toast the Dabeli from both the sides for 1 min and serve hot.
